The Problem
Intrigued by Relsify's unique approach to real estate investment, I dove into their mobile app. Regrettably, I found the app to be far from user-friendly, especially for first-time users. Although the app's objectives and value proposition were clear, it suffered from accessibility and interface responsiveness issues, notably in the deposit flow.

Goal

With the Problem stated and the process & method outlined, the goal of this project was to help users of Relsify enjoy the process of funding their wallets which would encourage them to invest without any unnecessary difficulty.
Process & Method
In order to achieve work effectively on this project, I carried out:
UX Audit: To be able to understand the existing workflow and functionality of the app. This helped to determine areas that needed improvement and also areas that we might eventually do with.
Ideations: Ideating with wireframes helped to streamline my design thinking to think of functionality instead of aesthetics.
Design & Prototyping: I improved the face of the relsify application by trying new design ideas and also worked on extensive prototyping.
Usability Testing: Carried out usability testing using miro, to validate my design ideas and work to improve it.
Designing for ease-of-use
First of all, a user flow
Here I looked at the existing user flow and how it can be enhanced as you can see there are some notes I put down to show more details

A clear and intuitive dashboard. Keeping neat and simple

Moved things around to focus more on crafting a good user experience to reduce unnecessary horizontal scrolling.

A well-crafted and secure funding process for users

Going Forward
I will be looking to carry out some usability testing to validate my designs and improve the user experience of the Relsify app.
Overall this was a project I rel enjoyed working on as it opened my mind to a more detailed and in-depth understanding of UX design.
